POLICIES

 

FLEAS:

 At any signs of fleas, your pet will be given a Capstar at an additional charge. Pets with a severe flea infestation will NOT be groomed in our van. A trip charge of $35 will be due whether services were performed or not.

 

Returned Check Policy:

Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $35 returned check fee.

 

Payment is due at time of service by cash or check.

 

We are not able to answer every phone call. Please leave us a message and we will return it as soon as possible. Calls received after 4:00pm or on Sunday will be returned the next business day.
