POLICIES

 

APPOINTMENTS:

Regularly scheduled appointments of 6 weeks or less are recommended  for grooming.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment.  A $35 charge will be applied to no shows or same day cancellations, and must be paid prior to the next scheduled (or rescheduled) appointment. We understand that emergencies can arise. These will be taken into consideration and the trip fee will be waived at our discretion.

 

Safety:

Safety is our main concern.  It is your responsibility to notify us if your pet has ever bitten anyone or has shown signs of aggression prior to the appointment.   We will stop the grooming or treatment process if we feel your pet's behavior is compromising his safety or ours. Pro-rated charges will apply.

 

WEATHER:

Appointments will be rescheduled due to severe weather.
